Having the “Applicant Tracking” link on our website makes us appear more professional and leading edge. We can accept applications online, which is something we had not been able to do previously. We’ve been able to direct call-ins and walk-ins to the website to complete the application and both the Step One Survey and ProfileXT assessments. It did take some work load off the Managers and saved them time.
